About The Inbound Sales Representative:

The Inbound Sales Representative will convert inbound calls into sales. The individual will use selling tactics to ensure closing sales, while ensuring a great customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls and provide accurate information to customers
• Outbound calls to current customers
• Ability to clearly promote, convey benefits and sell client product(s)
• Perform troubleshooting tasks when needed
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Ability to close sales

• Ability to assist customers in understanding the product(s) being sold
• Ability to provide rebuttals to customers questions/concerns, to ensure sales are made
• Maintain strong understanding of product(s)
• Assist and answer all inquires from customers about product(s)

• Must have HS Diploma or GED
• Must have flexibility in schedule
• Must have excellent attendance history
• Must be able to pass a background check, speed test and skills assessments
• Meet KPI metrics

• Solid to advanced PC skills
• Ability to navigate multiple computer programs
• Ability to use Dual monitors
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent prioritization and multi-tasking skills

• Excellent communication skills
• Contact Center Experience considered a plus
