Overview:

The Agency is our first in house modeling agency for ladies ages 18-45 years old. All models will have the opportunity to have a 1 page spread inside the BBROYALE MAGAZINE. All models will be compensated through paid bookings, magazine features,outside resources/connections,and social events. Lastly, all models will have the opportunity to network, gain new clients and be the best version of themselves while representing the brand to its highest standards.

Requirements:

To be a part of The Agency you have to be interested in modeling. We accept beginners, intermediate, and advanced models, so if you think you've got what it takes to be a part of the boss babe gang, show us what you’ve got! We are looking for women from ages 18-45 years old, must be at least 5’4, comfortable showing your body, able to walk in heels (6inches or better,) and have reliable transportation. To join the gang, submit 1 headshot,1 full body photo, and list your name, age, height, current city, and social media platforms Subject: THE AGENCY. Once you submit all of what’s required, you will receive an invitation to the Bbroyale Models casting call. The casting call will allow us the opportunity to meet you face to face and get a feel for who you are. Be prepared to Model and show us what you’ve got! If you are selected, all models will have their first introductory photoshoot with the company, make-up, and photographer are included. Prior to the introductory shoot, we ask that you pay a one time fee of $1250 to cover printing and editing costs for your personal portfolio.

Our Responsibility:

At The Agency, it is our responsibility to pass along any booking we see fit for your personal likings. The different types of modeling styles are: Runway, Fashion(editorial), Swimsuit & Lingerie, Print, Commercial, Fitness, Promotional, and Glamor. Outside bookings will be sent to you personally through the agency. Any bookings set up on the models behalf will solely be up to the model’s discretion(paid/non paid).

Compensation:

Based on specific needs and requirements for bookings and social events, models can be compensated for their time through. Exposure, portfolio building, networking, etc. Paid bookings based on clients requirements. Models are expected to participate in any photoshoots/events specifically for bbroyale unless directed otherwise. All models located in Los Angeles, are also required to participate in the nightlife experience at least TWICE A MONTH. Our nightlife experience consists of enjoying a night out with the Boss Babe Gang and our partners. All models are to choose any date available within the month and commit to this date.
