Job Title: New Home Sales Assistant

Supervisor Title: Sr. New Home Sales Assistant

Effective Date: Department: Sales and Marketing

Purpose:

To properly meet and greet customers in a professional manner and provide support functions for the sales staff. To be very service oriented and strive to make customers, purchasers and current homeowners/residents feel welcome.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Able to apply principals of logical thinking to a variety of practical situations and accurately follow standardized procedures or processes;
  • Aids the team effort in every way possible & acts in the best interest of the company;
  • Flexibility with schedule for customers and/or company needs;
  • Properly meet and greet customers in a professional and upbeat manner and provide support functions for the sales staff. To be very service oriented and strive to make customers, purchasers and current homeowners/residents feel welcome. SMILE SMILE

  • Assist in coverage for the Guest Experience Coordinators on their regular days off;
  • Place supply orders as needed;
  • Processing billing statements, set up vendors;
  • Manage cleanliness and organization of the back sales office;
  • Process all product and collateral deliveries (unpacking and storage)
  • Communicate with vendors to schedule repairs and maintenance in the Sales Center;
  • Assist in communicating with vendors to schedule repairs and maintenance at the Model Center;
  • Open sales center daily. Turn on all lights, music, virtual displays, place Adirondack chairs at front entrance;
  • Make Cookies;
  • Prepare coffee station and stock refrigerator with water. To be maintained throughout the day;
  • Maintain cleanliness of the bathroom throughout the day and monitor paper towels/bathroom tissue, hand soap;
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of closing rooms, glass tables, glass doors, on cleaners off day; Keep a stock of pens and notepads on credenzas;
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of Touchscreen Center and countertops.
  • Manage collateral at front reception, (Floorplans / Premium Features / Site plan / Pricing/ Lot Premiums / HOA Fees) aka complete brochure kits;
  • Distribute voicemails daily to the sales team;
  • Maintain a professional, yet friendly, atmosphere in the New Home Sales Office and other areas where prospective homeowners and guests congregate;
  • Answer Phones; SCRIPT PHONE GREETING
  • Conduct community overview/presentation to customers if New Home Sales Professional is unavailable;
  • Assist in filling out guest registration and ensure accuracy/completeness of information;
  • Enter new guest and broker registrations/Update existing registrations in CRM and ensure accuracy and thoroughness of information;
  • Update CRM with all Return Visitors daily;
  • Enter new guest registrations/Update existing registrations in CRM and ensure accuracy and thoroughness of information;
  • Ensure Out of State Non-Solicitation Affidavit is signed by all Closed State guests and scanned into CRM;
  • Keep track of sales and traffic reports daily;
  • Open and distribute mail;
  • Handle lead rotations from C.O.C.
  • Announce each time shuttle returns on the intercom;
  • Keep Director of Sales informed with daily New Home Sales Office activities;
  • Other duties within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job, as requested by management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
