Stock merchandise:

• Lift case
• Place down
• Cut open
• Lift out individual items
• Place on shelf

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

1. Lifting - up to 60 lbs.

• 0 - 10 lbs. - 30% of lifting day
• 10 - 20 lbs. - 60% of lifting day
• Over 25 lbs. - 10% of lifting day

2. Carrying - up to 60 lbs.

3. Pushing U-boats (200 - 300 lbs.)

4. Pulling - pallets (1000+ lbs.); six wheelers (100 - 150 lbs.)

5. Motions/Body movement

• Standing (90 to 100% of work hours)
• Kneeling (0 to 30% of work hours)
• Sitting (0 to 10% of work hours)
• Bend at knee (10 to 40% of work hours repetitively)
