Collections and Flooring Clerks

The primary focus of this position will be to focus on all outstanding account receivables and monitor and run reports for outstanding vehicles owed. These individuals will also ensure payment is received to the auction by our customers and all Flooring Companies in a timely, accurate manner. Areas of responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Monitor and run reports for all outstanding vehicles owed
  • Ensure the process of payments being received by our customers for vehicles and outstanding Accounts Receivable
  • Recommend and implement payment arrangements on all delinquent accounts and any NSF’s (returned checks)
  • Audit Account Receivable accounts for write offs and follow-up with Auction Insurance on outstanding claims for Dealers in delinquent or unpaid status who we have submitted a claim on
  • Perform miscellaneous accounting procedures such as cutting checks to Dealers for overpayments or credits
  • Void and cut new checks when needed for adjustments
  • Manage and maintain contact with all Flooring Companies
  • Conduct weekly audits to ensure proper process of paperwork to all vehicles floored
  • Follow up on payments
  • Assist with the Cash Window
  • Accept cash payments and credit card payments
