Must be patient, love helping people while talking on the phone and creating a positive customer experience. Will help set up payment plans, document account issues, and/or restore services for customers.

Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Accepting and accurately processing payments for paying customers
• Setting up customer payment plans to avoid disconnection or restore services
• Updating credit card or account information for customers
• Documenting account transactions or issues
• Multi-tasking while listening, documenting issues and offering solutions
• Identifying and escalating priority issues per client specifications

You must:

• Possess excellent communication skills – Must speak clearly & professionally; must use proper grammar
• Be able to negotiate with customers on their past due accounts
• Stellar attendance, punctuality and solid work ethic is required
• Have a friendly and positive approach to dealing with difficult situations or customers
• Be able to type at least 20 wpm and feel comfortable working on a computer
• Past call center, customer service or retail/soft sales experience is a plus!
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a major plus!

What do you need to qualify for our “Work from Home” Requirements?

• A quiet workspace
• A desktop computer or laptop, monitor, webcam, keyboard, sound card with speakers, mouse and ethernet cord to connect to Internet Router
• Must subscribe to reliable, high-speed, hard-wired Internet service (Cable, DSL or Fiber)
• No Cellular Hotspot, Wireless Internet (WIFI), or dial up service allowed due to inconsistent connection strength needed for work
• Must be hard wired with ethernet cord to Internet router to qualify for our Work from Home positions

Window Based Systems must have:

• PC/Laptop running Windows 10 or better is REQUIRED
• 2.4 GHZ Dual Core Processor or Better
• PC must have a USB Port with an Ethernet connection or Ethernet card
• 50 Mbps download speed or greater REQUIRED
• Limited household use of internet connection while the employee is working (No movie streaming or gaming by other household members while employee is working)

Mac System Requirements:

• OS X Yosemite (10.10.5) or other higher versions – OS X El Capitan (10.11.6), macOS Sierra (10.12.6), macOS High Sierra (10.13.6), macOS Mojave (10.14.6), macOS Catalina (10.15.7) or any other later versions coming
• 2-3 available ports required for:
• 1) for Ethernet Cable /Ethernet connector;
• 2) one for a USB Headset supplied by The CMI Group
• 3) one for a webcam unless already integrated into your PC or laptop
