Seeking motivated F&I/Sales Manager be on the ground floor of a Reopening Dealership. We are a boutique style dealership that is very focused on a team oriented customer experience. We are planning to ramping up to stock 125 used vehicles. We are hiring the core management team now and then as a team we will decide what vehicles to stock, which key positions we need to hire immediately and how we want to move forward in 2021. If you are looking for a $10,000 a month guarantee, this is not the place for you. We are looking for someone who wants to be part of the re-opening with the understanding that at first it will be a lot of work, but once things are running there will be a big payoff. We promote from within, and as we open new locations, you would be in line to be a GM of one of the locations.
Be able to multitask in a startup dealership environment. Work with the sales team to provide a seamless buying experience for the client. Working very quickly and professionally presenting F&I products, working with lenders and completing the transaction. Have working knowledge of automotive lenders and the relationships with a variety of banks to be able to make deals happen. Highest attention to detail in regards to all paperwork and contracts. Ensuring that all deals are completed and funded within a reasonable time frame.
