Job Details:

In this area, we advise a wide variety of clients on operational and strategic issues throughout the entire life cycle of a transaction,

such as: evaluation and identification of synergies,

design of strategies to create value and improve business performance.

preparation and support of carve-outs,

operational due diligence,

preparation of post-merger integration plan.

Carry out valuation exercises.

Build detailed valuation models to evaluate the company’s performance under different operating scenarios

Profile Requirements:

Graduated professional in Economics or / Business. MBA or other master’s or postgraduate degrees in finance or business will be highly valued

1-2 years of experience in corporate finance and / or management control.

analyze the impacts on possible mergers and / or acquisitions (M&A) transactions.

English language management (exclusive)

Demonstrate excellent leadership and project execution skills.

Excellent level of interpersonal relationships
